Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to understanding and meeting the diverse needs of its clients and the community. FBH offers evidence-based treatment programs for adults, youth, and seniors facing a wide range of behavioral health issues. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is committed to the belief that recovery is possible and that clients can lead fulfilling lives. The organization seeks individuals who want to make a positive impact and join their mission. FBH provides various client services, including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, and crisis services, with partnerships across schools and law enforcement. Their programs aim to divert individuals from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by maximizing community resources for stabilization. These programs serve individuals with co-occurring disorders, who may also be homeless. The Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team, part of the Mobile Response, Recovery, and Reintegration Care Team (MRRCT), serves individuals aged 21 and older. The Peer Support Specialist is a crucial member of the MRRCT, a rapid response mobile outreach program that provides services in various community settings to stabilize individuals during crisis events. The primary goal is to divert individuals from emergency departments, correctional facilities, and inpatient psychiatric admissions when appropriate community resources are available for stabilization.
