About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes, providing 1-on-1 support. The role involves helping children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. You will work with the same children consistently, helping them make progress in their everyday environments. The position offers flexible part-time hours, ideal for supplementing current employment or school schedules.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

- ABA experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together.
