Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. FBH provides evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in recovery and helping clients lead fulfilling lives. The organization offers a variety of client services, including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, and crisis services, often in partnership with schools and law enforcement. The primary goal of these programs is to divert individuals from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by utilizing community resources for stabilization. This specific role is part of the Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team, which serves individuals aged 21 and older. The MCAT team is a rapid response mobile outreach program that provides stabilization services during crisis events in various community settings such as homes, hospitals, schools, and correctional facilities.
