The Peer Recovery Coach I engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members served to help them explore, create, and meet their own recovery goals. The coach consults with the team to promote Telecare’s Recovery Culture, as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS), in which each member’s point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming. The program offers a welcoming, home-like environment to assess crises, provide comfort, and connect individuals with resources to help avoid future crises. Services are recovery-oriented and delivered by a multidisciplinary team with a high level of peer-to-peer services. This is a full-time PM-shift role, scheduled 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. Expected starting wage is $23.00; geographic differentials apply, and starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
