The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds. This is a part-time, student employment position with no benefits. The Peer Navigator is a year-round student leadership role. Peer Navigators serve as welcoming, knowledgeable peer guides who support new and continuing students from pre-enrollment through their time at MassBay. In this role, Peer Navigators support Orientation and Ready2Register programs, provide peer mentoring and outreach, assist students in navigating academic and support services, and promote engagement, belonging, and persistence. Peer Navigators work closely with staff across Student Development, Enrollment Services, and Academic Advising to ensure students feel supported, informed, and connected throughout their MassBay journey.
