The Peer Crisis Support Specialist provides direct, peer-led support to individuals seeking voluntary crisis diversion services through Trilogy’s Living Room program. Using lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery, this role fosters hope, connection, and engagement for guests experiencing emotional distress or behavioral health challenges. The Peer Crisis Support Specialist creates a welcoming, recovery-oriented environment where individuals are supported in identifying strengths, developing wellness strategies, and accessing resources that promote recovery and community integration. As a key member of the Living Room team, the Peer Crisis Support Specialist delivers person-centered, trauma-informed support that reflects the values of Trilogy and peer services and recovery. This position works collaboratively with guests, colleagues, and community partners to promote stability, reduce barriers to care, and support successful transitions to ongoing services and supports when needed. They will provide client-centered, strength-based, integrated, and trauma-informed services to individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges utilizing a harm reduction approach.
