About The Position

Summit Health is seeking a Pediatrics/Family Medicine APP to care for our patients. You will be joining a patient and family centered team of four Pediatricians and twelve Family Medicine providers. The position is designed to support both specialties, and provide same or next day access for patients needing acute visits. Our site is located in our beautiful Old Mill District clinic and is open Monday – Saturday. We have a close-knit, fun and energetic care team supporting pediatric and family medicine patients and families in Central Oregon. Summit Health is a physician led and professionally managed multispecialty group practice in Central Oregon with locations in Bend, Redmond, Sisters and Sunriver. Summit Health includes more than 200 providers across 30 specialties and services providing care to over 60,000 attributed lives in Central Oregon. The medical group has become the quality of care leader in Central Oregon achieving a 4.9-star rating or better on nearly all value-based contracts, is in the upper decile for customer satisfaction and earned a perfect CMS Quality (MIPS) score of 100 out of 100 available points for the last three years.

Requirements

  • Must be a Pediatrics/Family Medicine APP.

  • Must earn a perfect CMS Quality (MIPS) score of 100 out of 100 available points for the last three years.
  • Must be able to work in a busy practice with high demand for pediatric and family medicine services.
  • Must be able to utilize the Epic platform.
  • Must be able to work with comprehensive support teams for insurance authorization, billing, IT, HR, and coding.
  • Must be able to work in Bend, Oregon.
  • Must be able to work in the Old Mill District clinic.
  • Must be able to work Monday – Saturday.
