About The Position

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a physician to join the Lone Tree Pediatrics team. The Pediatrician provides direct patient care and performs administrative duties designated by the Medical Director or their designee, in accordance with the Colorado Medical Practice Act. The role includes providing medical services to pediatric clinic patients and physician oversight for areas of the practice that require it. The position has a full-time schedule of four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to pediatric clinic patients, including the functions necessary to deliver quality medical care.
• Provide physician oversight for areas of the practice that require it.
• Use sound medical judgment, follow ethical standards of medical practice, recognize limitations, seek consultation when advisable, and stay current with technologies and industry standards.
• Support and respect administration in communications, avoid creating an adversarial division between clinicians and administration, and address administrative issues directly and privately with those concerned.
• Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed, including duties outside normal responsibilities.
