About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is an outpatient pediatric opportunity within a mission-driven community health organization offering a four-day work week for strong work-life balance and schedule stability. The role involves caring for pediatric patients from newborns through young adults in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on community-based pediatric care. Experienced providers may have potential leadership and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics REQUIRED
- Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
- Comfortable providing outpatient pediatric care from newborns through young adults REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to community-based and underserved care REQUIRED
- Strong communication and family education skills REQUIRED
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including preventive visits, immunizations, and acute care management
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric conditions from infancy through young adulthood
- Educate patients and families on growth, development, preventive care, and wellness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support strong patient outcomes
- Support continuity of care within underserved community populations
- Mentor and support newer providers if interested
