About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) in Othello, Washington. This is an outpatient Family Medicine with Obstetrics opportunity within a mission-driven community health organization. The role offers the chance to provide both primary care and obstetrical services to a diverse patient population. It features a four-day physician schedule designed to support exceptional work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment utilizing integrated team-based workflows, and the Athena EMR. The position includes a strong financial package with a large sign-on bonus, wRVU incentives, and major student loan repayment eligibility.

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Obstetrics experience or FMOB training REQUIRED
• Active Washington medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable providing both primary care and obstetrical services REQUIRED
• Strong collaborative and mission-driven care mindset REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services across lifespan
• Deliver obstetrical care within collaborative care environment
• Manage preventative care, chronic disease management, and women’s health services
• Participate in team-based care coordination and patient management initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation using Athena Practice
• Support underserved patient populations through mission-driven care delivery
