About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) in Othello, Washington. This is a mission-driven OBGYN opportunity within a collaborative community health organization, offering a four-day physician schedule that supports strong work-life balance and schedule flexibility. The role involves providing comprehensive women’s healthcare services within an underserved community setting, with a balanced clinical structure featuring manageable delivery volume and remote administrative flexibility. Requirements

  • MD or DO REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology REQUIRED
  • Active Washington medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
  • Comfortable managing both obstetrics and gynecologic patient populations REQUIRED
  • Strong collaborative and mission-driven care mindset REQUIRED

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care within outpatient and delivery setting
  • Manage women’s preventative care, prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support high-quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in mission-driven care initiatives serving underserved and diverse populations
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation utilizing Athena Practice EMR
  • Support integrated women’s health and community care initiatives
