About The Position

Fairway Children’s Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician or Family Medicine Physician for their Diamond Bar, CA location. This is a 100% outpatient role with an average of 24 patients per day. Full-time physicians work a minimum of 4 days of patient care per week, including a half Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM every other week. The position does not involve inpatient responsibilities or newborn rounding. There is shared 'mommy call' with an answering service for call screening, covering only 3-4 months per year. The practice utilizes an integrated AI Scribe within their Pediatric Specific EHR (PCC - Physician's Computer Company) to reduce documentation burden. They emphasize a team-based approach to support providers. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin or Spanish is required. The group is recognized as one of the Top Pediatric Practices in Los Angeles County, serving a diverse patient population. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics/Family Medicine.
  • Doctorate in Medicine or Doctorate in Osteopathy.
  • Unrestricted California medical license.
  • DEA license.
  • Secondary Language proficiency required (Chinese Mandarin or Spanish).
  • Proficient with EHR and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous ambulatory clinical experience beyond residency preferred.
  • Chinese Proficient (Mandarin or Cantonese).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience post residency preferred but not required for new grads.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% outpatient pediatric care.

  • Participate in a shared 'mommy call' rotation (3-4 months per year) with call screening.
  • Utilize an integrated AI Scribe and Pediatric Specific EHR (PCC) for documentation and workflow streamlining.
