About The Position

Pediatric Associates is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Pediatrician to join one of our practices in Lakeland, Florida and serve as office lead. This position supports our Lakeland Hills location and offers a 4-day work week with dedicated administration time and strong clinical and administrative support.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required.
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics.
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida.
  • Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training.
  • Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment.
