Pediatrician - Board Certified

Kids Watch Primary Pediatrics and Urgent CareAshburn, VA
Hybrid

About The Position

KidsWatch Pediatrics is a different kind of pediatric practice that doesn't close at 5pm, doesn't make families wait days for care, and doesn't force them to choose between urgent care and a pediatrician who knows their child. This role involves providing a mix of well child visits and same-day sick visits, allowing for real relationships with families while also addressing immediate needs. The practice combines primary care, same-day sick visits, and telemedicine in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong support team (two MAs per shift) to focus on care. It offers flexible scheduling for work-life balance and the opportunity to help build and shape a modern model of pediatric care.
