Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our Town Center practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
  • Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment

Responsibilities

  • Full-time Outpatient Opportunity
  • Proposed Schedule: 3 Days 8am-5pm, 1 Day 8am-7pm, 1:4 Saturdays 8am-12pm
  • Optional new born rounding
  • Shared weekend rounding on our newborn patients at area hospitals
