Requirements

Board-certified Pediatrician who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care.
Wants to grow a practice where they get to decide the plan of care.
Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.

Responsibilities

Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
