About The Position

Gundersen Health System is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatrician to join their pediatric practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role focuses on outpatient care with no inpatient call or duties, offering a balance between professional and personal life. The practice is supported by a multidisciplinary team, including specialists, therapists, and lactation consultants, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Requirements

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program.
Must be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated (General Pediatrics).
Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in the multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.

Responsibilities

Provide flexible patient care hours in an outpatient-focused setting.

Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
Engage in research, whether clinical or basic science.
Participate in Gundersen conferences or explore leadership roles.
Supervise advanced practice clinicians.
Provide outreach services as part of the role.
Deliver world-class medical care and 'the right amount of love'.
