Position Summary The Pediatrician with Medical Director Responsibilities provides comprehensive outpatient pediatric care while serving as the clinical leader for the clinic(s) medical services. Approximately 90–95% of the role is dedicated to direct patient care, with 3 hours per week allocated to clinical leadership, quality oversight, provider support, and pediatric program development. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a large, integrated Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving an underserved population while helping shape the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care across the organization.
