About The Position

TEIS Early Intervention is hiring a Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide home-based services to children ages 0 to 3 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The role includes developing, implementing, and documenting individualized treatment plans in accordance with TEIS procedures and parents’ requirements, incorporating family-friendly therapy into children’s everyday routines, and traveling locally to provide in-home Early Intervention Services. The assigned client territory is located near the therapist’s residence to support a suitable commute and schedule. The position offers flexible scheduling, with the ability to create treatment plans and adapt a schedule to personal needs. Full- or part-time work is available.

Requirements

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Pennsylvania state license.
• Child Abuse clearance (Act 33).
• Criminal History clearance (Act 34).
• FBI fingerprinting.
• Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31).
• Current Pennsylvania driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Desire to work in pediatrics, specifically with children ages 0 to 3.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patients’ individual needs, in accordance with TEIS procedures and parents’ requirements.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into children’s everyday routines.
