About The Position

TEIS Early Intervention is hiring a Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide home-based services to children ages 0 to 3 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting services, incorporating family-friendly therapy into children's everyday routines, and coaching families. Local travel is required for in-home Early Intervention Services. The therapist's client territory is assigned near their residence to support their desired schedule and reduce commute time and distance. The position may be full- or part-time, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Pennsylvania state license.
• Child Abuse clearance (Act 33).
• Criminal History clearance (Act 34).
• FBI fingerprinting clearance.
• Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31).
• Current Pennsylvania driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Desire to work in pediatrics, specifically with children ages 0 to 3.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs, in accordance with TEIS procedures and parents' requirements.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into children's everyday routines.
• Travel locally to provide in-home Early Intervention Services.
