Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Premier Pediatric Therapy Source•Annandale, VA

About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role combining Early Intervention and community-based services earlier in the day with outpatient pediatric speech therapy at the clinic in the afternoons. The role offers work across settings, an established afternoon caseload, and the opportunity to build a full-time caseload through clinic-based and Early Intervention services. The SLP will evaluate and treat children from birth through age 18 across Early Intervention, community-based, and outpatient settings. The position includes individualized, evidence-based, child-centered care; family education and coaching; interdisciplinary collaboration; and participation in care coordination and clinic initiatives. Clinicians receive administrative support for scheduling, family communication, authorizations, and billing, along with protected documentation and planning time. The schedule is designed around morning community-based services and afternoon outpatient coverage and may be tailored within reason to candidate availability and practice needs. The full caseload target is approximately 35–42 weekly visits when fully built. Clinic appointments use 45-minute blocks with 35-minute treatment sessions. PPTS offers clinical autonomy, mentorship and onboarding, and opportunities to develop skills in areas such as feeding, AAC, early language, social communication, parent coaching, and groups.
