About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join its dedicated pediatric team in Michigan. The clinician works with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into children’s daily lives.

The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and resources while supporting clinician autonomy and professional growth aligned with individual interests and expertise. Ivy Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services, with a focus on exceptional care and patient outcomes. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and spend more time with patients while completing notes at work.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Hold current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
• Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and develop customized plans of care.
• Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates and participate in mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional care focused on quality and patient outcomes.
