About The Position
MTS Kids is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new clinic in Spartanburg, SC! We are a passionate, multidisciplinary team providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and ABA Therapy to help children reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
- Experience in pediatrics required
- Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy services for children with a wide range of developmental needs
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide caregiver education and strategies to support carryover at home
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
