About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet children's needs.
  • Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and receive mentorship while maintaining autonomy and growth.
  • Provide world-class care in speech therapy.
  • Work with a wide variety of diagnoses and ages, from general language to feeding therapy.
  • Provide structured, on-site CF mentorship if applicable.
  • Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan due to reasonable caseloads.
  • Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students if experienced.
