About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care while helping children build lifelong skills. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you will play a critical role in improving communication, independence, and overall quality of life for pediatric patients. Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
Current CPR certification
Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

Nice To Haves

1+ year of pediatric experience
Home health experience

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based care in the home and community
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA)
Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
Educate and empower families and caregivers
Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
Document all care and services in EMR
Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
