About The Position

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Clinical Fellow–Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to children and partner with families to create therapy plans that support meaningful progress. The role addresses children’s speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs. The fellow works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and receives mentorship and support for professional growth.

This is a full-time opening with Monday–Friday availability and flexible schedule options.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
