About The Position

MedCare Pediatric provides personalized, one-on-one care to help children communicate, connect, and grow. The organization partners with families to create therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs and supports therapists with the tools and time to focus on meaningful progress.

As a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP), you will address children’s speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and have access to mentorship and growth support. This is a full-time opening with Monday–Friday availability and flexible schedule options.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
