About The Position

Our Tucson Skilled Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for geriatric or pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We currently have day shifts, 2nd shift and overnights caring for pediatric clients. Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts. Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s), hands-on care with only one client per day, building client relationships and watching their milestones are part of private duty nursing. Your day will involve traveling to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions, documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feeling empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Trach care experience preferred, but not required
