About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves working one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. The position offers multiple cases with flexible scheduling options (days, nights, or weekends) and varying acuity, often involving trach, ventilator, or G-tube care. Experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home.
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring.
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you.
