About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves providing focused, skilled nursing care to a child or young adult in their home, with a 1:1 patient ratio. The position is ideal for nurses seeking meaningful, one-on-one patient interaction, students looking for flexible hands-on experience, or semi-retired nurses wanting rewarding part-time work. Cases vary in acuity and may include trach, ventilator, or G-tube care.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience
- Experience with trach care, vent care, G-tube care, seizure care, and medication administration
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home.
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring.
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you.
