About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves working one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. The position offers a 1:1 patient ratio, flexible scheduling options (days, nights, or weekends), and cases that vary in acuity, often involving trach, ventilator, or G-tube care. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
