About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves working one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. The position is ideal for nurses seeking meaningful patient interaction and a supportive work environment, offering flexible scheduling options including days, nights, and weekends. Cases vary in acuity and may involve complex care needs such as trach, ventilator, or G-tube care.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Experience with complex pediatric needs
Pediatric experience
Experience with trach care, vent care, G-tube care, seizure care, and medication administration

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
