About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single patient and their family, trading the demands of a hospital setting for a more focused and rewarding nursing experience. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent cases, and competitive pay with premium shift opportunities for overnights and weekends. Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience
• Experience working with medically complex children
• Experience with EMR charting

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care to a single pediatric patient.
• Work with one family at a time.
• Adapt to patient's specific needs through specialized training.
