About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single patient and their family, away from the demands of a hospital setting. The position allows for flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnights, providing consistent supplemental income. Premium pay is offered for specific shifts, such as weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. The company provides paid training and clinical support, and while pediatric experience is a plus, it is not required as training will be provided for the PDN aspect of nursing.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Eligible to work in the United States

• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)

Responsibilities
