About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single patient and their family, away from the demands of a hospital setting. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent cases, and the chance to earn supplemental income, with premium pay for overnight and weekend shifts. Training and clinical support are provided, making it an ideal transition for nurses seeking a different way to practice their profession.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in Missouri
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is a plus, but we'll teach you the PDN side of nursing.
• Experience providing nursing care in a home setting for patients with complex medical needs is a plus.
• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Hands-on experience with specific pediatric home-care needs or equipment is a plus.
• Experience partnering closely with families and care teams.
