About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single patient and their family, trading the fast-paced hospital environment for a more focused and consistent nursing experience. Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience.
• Home health experience.
• Experience working with medically complex children.
• Experience with EMR charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single pediatric patient.
• Work with one family at a time.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnights.
• Utilize EMR charting.
