Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Comfort with clinical skills or tools such as trach care, G-tubes, ventilators, or electronic charting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home.
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring.
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you.
