About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single patient and their family, away from the demands of a hospital setting. It's an ideal way to supplement income, gain new skills, and practice nursing in a different, more focused way. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent cases, and competitive pay with premium rates for overnight and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- LPN students may be eligible for tuition assistance
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful 1:1 care to one patient and their family.
- Work consistent cases and schedules.
- Offer care during weekdays, weekends, or overnights.
- Provide paid training and clinical support.
