About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves working one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. The position offers multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling options (days, nights, or weekends) and varying acuity levels, often involving trach, ventilator, or G-tube care. Experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience, home health experience, or experience working with medically complex children
• Experience with EMR charting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home.
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring.
• Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you.
