About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care to a single patient and their family, trading the demands of a hospital setting for a more focused and consistent nursing experience. The position offers flexible scheduling, including opportunities for weekdays, weekends, and overnights, providing consistent supplemental income. Premium pay is available for specific shifts, such as weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. The company emphasizes a supportive environment with paid training, clinical support, and a focus on family-centered, patient-first care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Experience with in-home pediatric clinical skills or equipment such as trach care, ventilators, G-tubes, or seizure management
