About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves working one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience, home health experience, or experience working with medically complex children
• Experience with EMR charting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
• Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
