About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Verona, Missouri. This role involves working one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. The position is ideal for nurses seeking meaningful, individualized patient interaction, offering flexibility in scheduling (days, nights, or weekends) and a supportive work environment with 24/7 on-call assistance.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
