About The Position

Progressive Pediatrics is an established, physician-owned pediatric practice with offices in Union City and Bayonne, serving Hudson County families. We are hiring an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for a long-term role. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for a full clinical week (4-5 days/week) or scaled-back hours (2-3 days/week) while remaining involved in patient care. The PA will work alongside our physicians, with established patient panels and no need to build a schedule from scratch. A supervising physician and delegation agreement are already in place. The practice emphasizes a collegial team environment with low turnover and no RVU quotas or productivity targets.

Requirements

• Active NJ PA license (or eligible)
• NCCPA certified
• 10+ years of pediatric experience

Responsibilities

• Work alongside physicians in a pediatric practice.
• Provide patient care within established patient panels.
• Adhere to a supervising physician and delegation agreement.
