About The Position

Progressive Pediatrics, an established physician-owned pediatric practice serving Hudson County families, is hiring an experienced pediatrician for a long-term role at its Union City and Bayonne, New Jersey offices. The position can be full-time, four to five days per week, or part-time, two to three days per week. The pediatrician may work at either office or split time between them. Established patient panels are available, and the role offers full clinical autonomy in a small, collegial team. The practice is physician-owned and led, with no hospital-system or private-equity ownership and no RVU quotas. Professional liability (malpractice) coverage is provided by the practice.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board-certified in pediatrics.
• At least 10 years of pediatric experience.
• Seeking a stable, long-term role rather than a short-term bridge.
