About The Position

Progressive Pediatrics is an established, physician-owned pediatric practice with offices in Union City and Bayonne, serving Hudson County families. We're hiring an experienced NP for a schedule that fits where you are - a full clinical week or scaled-back hours while staying in patient care. This is a long-term role with established patient panels, offering clinical autonomy with physicians on site for consultation. There are no RVU quotas or productivity targets, and the practice boasts a small, collegial team with low turnover.

Requirements

• Active NJ APN license (or eligible)
• Pediatric or family NP certification
• 10+ years of pediatric primary care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric primary care.
• Manage established patient panels.
• Exercise clinical autonomy in patient care.
• Consult with on-site physicians for second opinions when needed.
