About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric physical therapist in Virginia to treat children from birth through age 21. Clinicians provide individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care, with parents and caregivers encouraged to participate so they can apply skills and home exercises in the child’s daily life. The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, clinician autonomy, and opportunities for growth aligned with each clinician’s interests and expertise. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. The position is offered as full-time, part-time, or PRN. The stated annual compensation range is $75,883.28–$113,824.92, with eligibility for a clinician bonus. Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. Benefits begin within 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance; an Employee Assistance Program and discount program; complimentary therapy services; short- and long-term disability; a 401(k) with company match; up to 20 PTO days, six holidays, two CEU days, and annual CEU reimbursement. Paid parental leave is available after 26 weeks of employment.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
