Pediatric Physical Therapist
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric physical therapist in Michigan to work with children from birth through age 21. The role provides individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can apply skills and home exercises in the child’s daily life. Clinicians work within a multidisciplinary pediatric team and have access to mentorship, resources, and opportunities for growth while maintaining autonomy aligned with their interests and expertise. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, is available to reduce documentation time and help clinicians spend more time with patients and complete notes at work.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy to pediatric patients from birth to age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
