About The Position

Baptist Medical Network, part of Tenet Healthcare, is expanding its pediatric surgical capacity and is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist. This role offers the autonomy of private practice combined with the referral base and stability of a major hospital system. The position benefits from established demand and a large existing referral network, ensuring a fast ramp-up. The physician will receive dedicated administrative and clinical support, access to modern surgical technology, and tools like an AI scribe, allowing them to focus on surgery and patient care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology by the ABOHNS or AOBOO.
• Texas medical license, or eligible to obtain one.
