About The Position
Join a leading non-profit healthcare system serving over 1.1 million patients. This opportunity offers a great work-life balance with a 1:6 shared call rotation, providing a 4-day weekend every 6th week. You will receive a competitive base salary, a $50,000+ signing bonus, and the ability to buy into a surgery center. The practice is thriving, with new patients already booked out 6 months. This is the largest ENT group in the city, comprising 6 ENTs, 3 extenders, and 4 audiologists. The practice is surgery-heavy. All experience levels are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana.
- Board-eligible or certified in Otolaryngology.
- Medical degree required.
Responsibilities
- Provide otolaryngology medical services.
- Participate in a 1:6 shared call rotation.
- Engage in a surgery-heavy practice.
