About The Position

Baptist Medical Network, part of Tenet Healthcare, is expanding its pediatric surgical capacity and is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist. This role offers the autonomy of private practice combined with the referral base and stability of a major hospital system. The position benefits from an established demand and a large existing referral network, ensuring a fast ramp-up. The physician will receive dedicated administrative and clinical support, access to modern surgical technology, and tools like an AI scribe, allowing them to focus on surgery and patient care.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology by the ABOHNS or AOBOO
• TX medical license, or eligible to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric otolaryngology surgeries.
• Provide patient care within a major hospital system.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical support staff.
• Utilize modern surgical technology and AI scribe.
